I prepaid for parking, but when I entered the car park there were no available spaces at all. Cars were still being allowed to enter, so the carpark became gridlocked. I tried to find someone to help, but the only person in the office was not associated with the car park and could not assist. I had to leave immediately and park elsewhere. Very frustrating to pay in advance and then find there is no parking available. I will be seeking a refund. Edit: I made a complaint through their website last night and later today I received an email from their customer service. They resolved the issue beyond my expectations so I have changed the 1 star review to 4 stars.Thank you

Do not park here! Terrible experience and customer service. I tried to park my van here on a Saturday night and the parking spaces and turning circles were too small to adequately and safely park my vehicle. I existed the carpark after a few minutes after being unable to park and was charged full price of $39. I wrote to customer service and they claim that driving in and out was considered parking and no refund would be made available. A complete joke and lacking any kind of customer service or understanding. Avoid Wilson and try the competition who actually look after their customers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Getting in was fine - I scanned the same card I used to book, I was let in immediately, and an attendant parked my car. He asked what time I’d return, and I clearly said 6pm. Everything fell apart when I tried to get my car back. The building with the lifts to exit the car park locks around 5pm. Nowhere on the website, app, or signage does it say this - it just says the car park is “open 24/7.” I then spent 30 minutes circling George St trying to find a way in, only to discover the pedestrian entry door was keypad locked and required a PIN - a PIN that no one gave me (I later found out tickets bought at the boom gate have the pin code, but not the online tickets - fantastic when we're encouraged to pre-book online)... In the end, I had to walk down the steep, winding driveway into the car park - dangerous and ridiculous - only to be told by the unhelpful security that the parking attendants had left for the day and taken my car keys with them! If anyone had informed me of any of this at drop-off, or if it was clearly stated anywhere online or on the app, I would have made it in time to collect my key before they left - I wouldn't have spen

Terrible experience! Don’t park here if you’ve paid prepaid/online. You won’t be able to unlock the door to enter the car park because you need a code from the paper ticket — which you don’t get when paying online. There’s no clear signage or help provided. Good luck getting in!

The designers of this atrocity haven’t owned a car or probably don’t understand the dimensions of one judging by the super narrow paths and parking spots. It’s super overpriced (AUD 59 for an hour) and if you’re thinking of parking here, don’t, and take the train instead.
