**Terrible Experience β Avoid at All Costs** I recently returned to this Wilson car park after attending Vivid with two young children in strollers and my elderly parents, only to be met with shocking and unsafe treatment by security staff. We were explicitly told we could not use the lifts, could not use the lobby bathrooms, and were ordered to leave the lobby area entirely. When I asked how we were supposed to get back to our vehicle, security directed us to walk down the vehicle entry ramps β the same lanes clearly marked with βNo Pedestrian Access.β Forcing families with small children in strollers and elderly people to walk down active car lanes is extremely dangerous and demonstrates a complete lack of duty of care. If the lobby is not meant to be accessed when retrieving your car, then the lobby doors, lifts, and bathrooms should be locked, and customers should be properly informed in advance about where to go. There were no signs, directions, or any prior information provided on how customers with prams or mobility needs should safely return to their vehicles. This is not only appalling customer service but genuinely hazardous. On top of this unacceptable experience, th

We thought weβd save on time by parking close to Vivid. Little did we know it would be an adventure with 2 young kids in strollers and two elderly folk in their 70s having to walk down road ramps designed for cars. Down and down and down the hill we went back to the Sussex St access for CARS. Down and down again we trudged over speed humps and under boom gates designed for CARS. Most unsafe! Interestingly the automatic doors opened to allow access through the foyer along Kent St, and there were working elevators, but security turned send us away, making us walk down the streets and back down the ramps all the way down to finally gain access to a lift on level P2, to go down a further two levels to level P4. Not cool, Wilson Parking. Poor and unsafe pedestrian access.

Ridiculous. The pre-paid website was not working on the day I wanted to park, so couldn't get the 20% off I was meant to be able to benefit from for the cruise I was going to. Then, because I entered at 4.35pm, I couldn't have access to the night rate. I assumed I will paid one hour at hourly rate (20$ or so), then the night rate from 5pm (25$). Instead paid hourly rate for each hpur, and because I stayed 3 hours and a few minutes, ended up paying for 4 hours, 80+$!!! What an absolute scam. Also realised afterward that the discount for the cruise only applied for night rate, and their cruise conveniently start at 5pm, so basically impossible to get the discount.

I have used this Wilson Parking location a few times for business meetings in the city, and the location and flexi rates are competitive. However, I was recently issued an incorrect parking charge despite following the correct process. I contacted Wilson Parking and provided all relevant details, but after multiple emails and a follow-up, Iβve received no response. Customer service appears to be lacking when issues arise, which is disappointing given the otherwise convenient offering. I would recommend keeping records and screenshots when parking here, as resolving issues does not seem straightforward.

No onsite staff, Poor customer service, inexperienced staff at 321 Kent St Wilson Parking I have parked here for the past two years under the longβstanding 30βminute free parking arrangement with the daycare in the building, but yesterday I was blocked at the exit for staying 31 minutes (according to Wilson Parking in a later email exchange), which was unknown to me at the time. When I contacted the staff via the intercom to clarify the issue, they confidently gave me incorrect information, claiming the daycare had NO agreement with the car park, and ended the conversation by telling me not to come back. I was eventually let out without paying only because I was persistent in challenging the incorrect information. The staff member even told me βnot next time,β which makes it clear this was not goodwill but a reluctant exception. I wouldnβt have minded paying the parking fee for overstaying if I had been politely and professionally given the correct reason at the exit gate. Because I sensed that particular staff member did not understand what they were talking about, yet confidently put me and my family in the wrong, I recorded the interaction. If Wilson Parking intends to improv
