Very difficult to get on the right side of the street to enter into the parking. $95 is the price you will pay if you exteed 3 hours on site. Couldn't reserve online as it was full. Your car will be taken in charge by someone who will park it for you as the parking is very narrow and tiny. Honestly, it's very expensive but worse it if you have to be close by and can't walk far.

The car park caused us a lot of trouble! We were stuck there for nearly an hour to get out! The Exit gate was not working and there was no support available!!! The road design is awful, with only one way in and out, so it is constantly congested. The elevator isn’t working either, and we had to use the stairs from the lowest level all the way to the top. People don’t usually check reviews like I do. Wilson Parking really needs to do something about this. NOT recommended here at all, and I won’t be going back again.

Terrible experience at this car park - would never go again, and don’t recommend to anyone! Firstly, the lift isn’t working, which meant less abled people in our group had to walk up lots of stairs which caused distress and pain. People with prams were seen struggling too. Secondly, upon exit, we were stuck for ages in a long queue because one guy was at the boom gate having issues with his online booking being recognised. I got out to call the intercom and ask for the gate to be opened for us to which I was just told to wait our turn. When the guy eventually got the boom gate up and left, we had the same issue with the online booking not being recognised, but after waiting ages we weren’t bothered to call so my mum just paid again and we left. What’s the point of taking online bookings and payments if it isn’t recognised when you show up?! I’m hoping they will refund her. Stupid system! I’m wary of Wilson parking now… will be looking for other options next time I need to park in the city.

Worst car park experience ever. Filthy dirty stairs we had to use, because the lifts don't work on weekends. No way back in except the ramp the cars are driving on. Too narrow in the spaces, no mobility parking and I couldn't believe the ramp was 2-way, it was so narrow 2 cars can't pass. Got charged $35 for the 30 mins we spent trying to find a safe pedestrian access back yo the car. Wish I could leave ZERO stars.

I won't be parking here again, here are the reasons why: 1. The entry into the carport is too narrow for a car exiting while another car is entering. Almost got hit by the road traffic when I had to back out to allow a car to exit. 2. We prepaid online, so expected a spot to be "saved" for us. We had to wait for a car to exit a spot in order to park. 3. The car park itself is small and most of the parking spots are very narrow, would not recommend people with a larger car to park here. 4. The lift only operates on weekdays between certain hours. We had to push our pram up all the way on the 'road' used by cars. This is dangerous and it was a strain to handle this with kids in tow. 5. The fire stairs are dirty and in need of a good clean. 6. Not all spots can be parked in thanks to the building pillars making it very difficult to maneuver. I saw one small car parked and another car that blocked it off, I would not want to be the owner of that car. On the plus side, the parking is close to Martin place and they have a flat weekend rate.
