DO. NOT. PARK. HERE! The photos in these reviews do not sufficiently depict how horrific the layout is. It is impossible to navigate, there are columns and obstacles everywhere. In some sections, it will be impossible for one car to leave if another car is parked next to it (despite them both being in marked bays), because they will be blocked by columns, walls and other cars. Disgusting. To top it off, expensive. Save your money and time and park at Westfield Valet.

Avoid avoid avoid. Full price CBD parking. I could not park until someone else left. Due to the layout spots are ultra tight and people will park outside the spots. Look it’s Sydney, we tolerate some tight driving and parking, but this carpark is beyond a joke. The layout cannot support a carpark.

Absolute joke of a car park. Wilson Parking should be ashamed that this place is in operation. If you drive anything larger than a Mini Cooper don't even bother. The ramp to go up and down to the bottom level is one way which is extremely hard to navigate considering the tight spaces and difficult angles. There are probably 20 spaces max. Even the ticket machine on the way out is angled at a ridiculous angle where you have to reverse down the ramp to enter your ticket on the way out. I had to do a 50 point turn to get myself out of the car park because of the ridiculous pillars positioned throughout the space. The padding on all the pillars makes sense. I made the mistake of not reading reviews before driving in but it was ridiculously difficult to get out anyways. The fact that this place has not been shut down is diabolical.

This is the worst Wilson's carpark and dare I say, any carpark that I have ever had the mis-furtune to use. Due to the ridiculously tight corners and no notice of the narrow parking, I wish I could give this negative 10 stars.... (Had to select one as this is the minimum to be able to post) Whilst trying to do a 7 point turn in the carpark (and due to no notice of the narrow site), we accidently damaged our car door. Wilson Parking!!, You should shut this site down, as my insurance company also called out that many others have had to put in claims due to this parking facility!!!! Can I get a refund on the no claim bonus I have had to pay!!

It is definitely tight and I drive an SUV, but I loved the challenge and there were heaps of spaces in the lower level. There was also no where to pay and the boom gate remained up, which meant I got free parking, (a 2 min walk from where I needed to go), and I felt accomplished when I successfully won the 'driving skills challenge'. Win win I say 😜
