Drove in to park and couldn’t get a normal ticket, had to talk to the worker and they parked your car for you. No explanation given about the process. They made my partner tap his card and asked how long we were going to stay. We said less than an hour (which would be $30) and they gave us a ticket to hold on to. I came back without my partner and drove to the exit. The worker was standing there and told me to tap to pay. I tapped and the reader said invalid. He said it had to be the same card as before. I explained my partner was not able to come back as he had left. He told me that this is how bookings work, I said that I didn’t have one in the first place and I was just told what to do when I arrived. I asked if there were any other options and he said no, because there wasn’t a booking, the only way out was to pay for a lost ticket ($90) or tell my partner to come back. He was also hurrying me because there were cars backing up. I had to pay that amount and was let out. My partner now has to email Wilson and tell them to take his card off the system otherwise it’ll charge him for every overnight stay from now until he does so. So after reading the reviews I was pretty scared to park here tbh but I didn’t need to be! It was a breeze… pre paid the night before… plenty of staff to direct me where to go… all very friendly… I’ll definitely be using it again! And valet! Meaning didn’t have to try and squeeze my car into tiny spots!!

Worst car park. Pre paid but not guaranteed space. The place is a complete mess.

Convenient but a bit dangerous carpark. Due to limited space it's valet parking only. Cars are stacked in every corner you can get. But they are all left unlocked with keys inside, so anyone can walk through and steal anything from inside the car, or even take the whole car out if they have a ticket. Easy enough to drive in using 1 car and pick a nice car you want to drive out with instead. Deeply flawed and Wilson Parking T&C probably disclaim any responsibility for such happenings.

UPDATE (2026) Price increased to $30 prepay or $37 drive up (2021) 3.5/5 $13 for evening parking that’s close to a light rail station. Popular place to park so doesn’t get too creepy. $20 drive-up price. The parking spots are a little tight/low and a little bit strange though! There’s no lines, and parking is diagonal to save space. Also, if you book online, enter with the card you used to pay (otherwise, you’ll be charged again upon exit). I was able to get my money back, but I had to chase them up on it. Luckily, my customer service agent was nice and efficient! So I was able to get my money back easily (hence the extra .5 rating).
