This is the worst butcher's shop in Sydney. When I bought the pork belly, I didn't look carefully. When I got home, I found it was all fat. It was so fatty that it could be used to make oil. You treat your customers like this. Besides, the staff in this butcher's shop are very disgusting. They deliberately ignore what you say. I strongly suggest you go to the butcher's shop in the market downstairs. They are much more polite and the quality of the meat is also much better than this one.

Keep purchasing meat here for years but recent experience is bad. The girl’s volume is quite low. I almost on the glass to hear what she said. Have to repeat several times what I want. She is not a qualified sales person. What makes this experience worse is when I ask for the free giveaway for my purchase. The threshold for free free range egg has been around 80 for all the previous times though I often spent 100+ here. But this time she told me it is 100. And 80 is for cage egg. However, I purchased the same thing at the same amount exactly as last week. Then they changed the explanation of threshold for cage to 65. And change the 80 threshold for qual egg. So there is no fixed threshold? It can be explained by staff with any threshold at different time? I do not care about cage or free range actually. But what I care is they made it like I am lying just to get the free range egg. I can accept a fixed criterion but cannot accept it can be changed without any reason. I just throw away the package this morning of the egg I got last week so my memory cannot be wrong. It is really disappointing.

I’ve been buying meat from this butcher for the past three years. Three days ago, I bought pork ribs, minced meat, and a whole chicken. I asked them to cut the chicken into small pieces, and they told me to come back in half an hour. When I picked it up, I didn’t check the bag and just left. However, when I was about to cook two days ago, I realised they never gave me the chicken at all. I’ve tried calling and texting for the past two days, but no one answers or replies. Really disappointed with the service.

I love buying meat here always fresh and the staff were super helpful. Most of the times i always buy meat and ask to cut smaller as i don’t live in city and it is easier to be carry in smaller pieces. The staff were always done it for me. Today i have been served by an old lady staff never seen her before, she said not able to cut it they were too busy and low staff. I don’t think they are that busy once i was there literally only 2 customers including me and 4 staff. At least she cut in half the meat for me. I hope all staff are the same and helpful i love coming here and buy the meat. It just make my life easier.

I called this shop to order 2kg of minced pork fat because I urgently needed it. The person on the phone refused to take my order, insisting that I had to walk in. I explained that I wanted to make sure it would be available, but he didn’t care and ensured me I can do walk in. When I arrived, the rude woman at customer service informed me they only take pre-orders for minced pork fat in the morning and that they were out of stock. This was a complete waste of my time, and no one offered any form of compensation for my inconvenience. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back! Let me know if you’d like to adjust this further.
