Eating out in Australia ranges from beachside takeaways to hatted dining rooms, and a listing like this one is best judged on freshness, turnover and how consistent the reviews are rather than on decor. If you have dietary needs, most kitchens will adapt a dish if you ask. Licensed venues serve alcohol; BYO places let you bring a bottle for a small corkage fee. Tipping is appreciated but never expected.
The business lists hours on 1 day of the week. The most common schedule is 11:30 amβ9:30 pm. Sydney is in New South Wales, on Australia's east coast, where summers are warm and humid, winters are mild and businesses keep to standard hours year-round with the usual public-holiday changes. Australian addresses list the street number, suburb, state abbreviation and postcode, and Sydney follows the same pattern; a number like 2/411 means unit 2 at number 411. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This is one of my favourite noodle spots in Sydney. π Serving Yunnan cuisine, Yunn is popular for its hearty and flavourful noodle soups. Unlike the intense numbing heat you experience with Sichuan cuisine, Yunnβs menu offers a kick of spice in a refreshing yet rich way. The soup base is clear, with some menu items including a touch of Southeast influences with ingredients like lemongrass (of course, you can have no chilli in your dishes too!). We also ordered appetisers like the Grilled Pork Belly and Deep Fried Buns. These are classically good, and we had to enjoy both to the best of both worlds; sweet and savoury. π For drinks, we got the Tropical Mango Sago and Passionfruit Lemon Green Tea. No complaints for both, but the Mango Sago had a little toasted slice of bread (?) on top, which creates such a perfect pairing! Overall, everything is just 10/10. The whole menu complements each other. P.S this is a hyped spot so you might expect some waiting time, but it goes by relatively quickly. The staff are super sweet and efficient!

Absolutely loved dining at Yunn! The noodles here were super fresh with so many varieties to choose from. The broth was rich and flavourful, and the meat was cooked perfectly. The side dishes were definitely a highlight β especially the cheese prawn roll, which is a must try! The grilled pork belly was also so delicious and full of flavour. Staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was busy the whole time, which shows how popular and good this place is. Highly recommend!

Authentic Yunnan cuisine, extremely tasty, spicy and salty. Portion sizes are smalllll for the prices but each dish is delicately presented with awesome flavours. Service was great. I personally wouldnβt bring my kids here because itβs too squashed up. Itβs certainly not a relaxed atmosphere where you can sit and talk for ages. My kids also are big eaters and I simply wouldnβt be able to fill them up on their portion sizes or alternative is to spend big bucks to do so.. but honestly the petite tables wouldnβt fit the load. 4 stars because genuinely tasty.

Finally tried Yunn at Regent Place after always seeing a line outside, and now I understand the hype. We arrived before opening and there were already people waiting. The food was excellent from start to finish. The cheese prawn ball was unique, crispy and filled with melted cheese. The wagyu beef rice noodle soup was light, comforting and full of flavour, especially with the hotpot sauce added. The standout dish was definitely the braised Angus ox tongue with Yunnan garlic oil β incredibly fragrant, tender and melted in the mouth. One of the best ox tongue dishes Iβve had. The grilled pork belly was also perfectly cooked, and the cold dry rice noodle was refreshing and balanced. Finished with mango sago which was a great dessert. Great quality food, efficient service and definitely worth visiting if youβre in Sydney CBD. Would come back again.

love this noodle restaurant! It serves delicious Yunnan noodles. Their broth is simmered for over 6 hours and its super flavoursome and feels clean. The serving portions are HUGE and its quite affordable. Their dry noodles and zucchini side are also quite good. Come early as it does get quite busy (usually there is a line). Food comes out pretty quickly though.
