I had a great experience at this optical store. Mary was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain all the options and helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses without any pressure. What stood out the most was her attention to detail and genuine willingness to help. She made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and I felt confident that I was getting the best advice for my needs. I was also impressed by how quickly my glasses were ready. The quality of the glasses was excellent, and the turnaround time exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this store, and a special thank you to Mary for her outstanding customer service. I will definitely come back and recommend this store to my family and friends!

Excellent service from start to finish. Bryant was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me choose the right pair of glasses. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The rest of the staff were also very friendly, and the optometrist was professional and thorough. Really happy with my new glasses and would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality eyewear and great customer service.

Thank you to the team at 1001 Optometry, especially Vicky, for the outstanding support and care. We initially visited for one child, but thanks to Vicky’s helpful assistance, we ended up arranging services for myself and my two other daughters as well. Dr. Angel also provided exceptional attention to detail during a complex eye examination.

I’ve been a customer at 1001 Optometry Chatswood Chase since last year after starting my eye tests here, and I honestly can’t imagine going to another optical store now. What I love most about this place is that they never make you feel pressured into buying anything. Unlike some stores that focus heavily on sales, the team here always creates such a comfortable and relaxed environment and genuinely helps you find what suits you best. Bryant is always incredibly kind and his style recommendations are honestly perfect every time. 👍 He has such a good eye for frames and sunglasses that match your face and personal style naturally. Another reason I keep coming back is how thoughtful and attentive they are. They always remember me when I visit and take such good care of their customers in a very genuine way. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an optical store with both amazing service and great taste!!

Visited 1001 Optometry with my mum today and had such a good experience. The store is always clean, welcoming, and has a really wide selection of frames and sunglasses compared to other optical stores. I’ve had eye tests here a few times now, and they are always very thorough and professional without feeling rushed. Bryant helped us today and was amazing with recommendations. He has a really good eye for styles that suit different face shapes and helped my mum choose a pair of Dior sunglasses as a gift. She loved them straight away, and we both left very happy with the experience. Definitely one of the best optical stores I’ve been to in Sydney!❤️
