I am writing to share my recent experience with the Specsavers Chatswood Chase team, which has been nothing short of exceptional. Initially, I had a significant issue with my first pair of glasses featuring digital multifocal lenses. They didn’t sit right, and after a week of experiencing severe headaches, I had to stop wearing them. When I returned to the store, the staff could not have been more accommodating. They genuinely wanted to get things right for me, patiently presenting different options until we decided to switch to the Elite lenses. My new pair is a massive improvement. While there is still some minor, standard distortion that I am adjusting to—as is normal with multifocals—it is nowhere near as powerful as before, and they are much more comfortable to wear. I want to give a special shoutout to Seonhyun Lee (apologies if the spelling is slightly off). She is an absolute star and a massive asset to your branch. She was incredibly supportive and gladly offered honest opinions and suggestions when I needed guidance, making me feel genuinely included in the process. I had such a wonderful experience at Specsavers Chatswood Chase today. I brought my aunt in for both an eye examination and a hearing test, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. A special thank you to Wai (Optometrist) and Kogo (Audiologist). They were incredibly warm, patient, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire appointment. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made my aunt feel comfortable and at ease. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish, and we truly appreciated the high level of care and attention we received. We left feeling well looked after and confident in the advice provided. 100/100 service – highly recommend Specsavers Chatswood Chase, especially Wai and Kogo. Had such a great experience at Specsavers Chatswood Chase. From the moment I walked in, everything felt smooth and well organised, but the real standout was my consultant, Seohyun. She made the entire process incredibly easy and seamless - from helping me choose frames to explaining my options clearly without any pressure. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a big difference, and I ended up walking away with two pairs that I absolutely love. Customer service like this is hard to come by. Can’t recommend Seohyun and the team enough. Amazing experience.

Today I attended Specsavers in Chatswood Chase having made an appointment to have my eyes checked as part of my Fitness for Assessment to drive requirement. The eye check was done quickly and efficiently. My short distance sight mainly had changed slightly and I decided to invest in some new reading glasses. I was told that my private health cover would cover me for two new pair of spectacles for reading at no additional cost to me as Specsavers at Chatswood Chase are presently running a special. I was assisted by Abhinu who was very helpful and patient in helping me to choose frames that suited me. Thank you Abhinu.

I had a very positive experience at this store. I came in for an eye test and to look for transition glasses. The eye test was excellent. The optometrist carefully explained the condition of my eyes and addressed all of my concerns in detail. The staff member who helped me choose the lenses was also very helpful and patient. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Thank you for the great service.
