1001 has great quality frames. Customer service were awesome, Leo is very helpful in choosing frames that suits my facial structure. Optometrist was also very professional and nice.

Had a really good experience here. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they carefully adjusted my glasses for me. Great customer service and made me feel very welcome.

Excellent service from Helen and Leo. I have multiple eye issues (plus, minus & prism) but they have prescribed and designed precise prescriptions for both short and long sighted glasses and also contact lenses. I can’t thank enough for their service. High recommend them!

Grace has been really really helpful and knowledgeable! I got the right product at a very good price and she was mostly helpful indeed. Highly recommend! Don't need to go to Specsavers😀

Talk about no customer service and complete lack of understanding or empathy. I had both my Prada and Ray Ban glasses replaced under warranty as they had a crack in the frame. I should have seen the red flag. Very suspect. The new Pradas couldn’t be tightened properly and kept falling off my face. Then the hinge snapped within 3 months, so I took them back. They told me the replacement pair weren’t covered by warranty. I asked them what they could do for me and reminded them of how I have been a customer both there and at Chatswood Chase for over 20 years. They said they could do nothing. Not even a new pair at cost. So I said well all I could do was never return, nor my wife nor my daughter. They just didn’t seem to care whatsoever. So I added I’ll also write this review to spare other poor unfortunates. A couple of months prior they quoted me $380 to put Prescription Polaroids in my new sunglasses. I thought this a bit steep. Ended up getting them done at Ocular & Eyes in Lemon Grove (who are quite fantastic btw) for $260. That’s a big difference. So 1001 are not even that well priced. We will never return and hope others will heed this warning. Steer well clear. Bad business.
