This store consistently disappoints me. I visited earlier in the year for an eye test and was there for over an hour waiting even though I turned up on time for my appointment. They do not proactively tell you when they are running late, you have to ask "so how late is the optomistrist running today". The optomistrist was also quite rude and unfriendly. I visited again on a Thursday afternoon, selected my glasses and waited to place my order. The staff member just ignored me and served another customer. In the end, I put the glasses back and left. I do not recommend this store.

Special thanks to James Lee. Had such an amazing experience at Chatswood store. James was knowledgeable and giving me good advice while I was making imperfect decisions styles of glasses for myself. The store was short out of staff on the day. It was super busy. During waiting I seeing how James handled with customers enquiry and questions.. etc. I was impressed how calm and friendly he is. James is Patience, listening and excellent service skills. Get job done professional 10/10. I really hope this review makes it back to him and that his outstanding work is greatly appreciated!

I had a really positive experience with my optometrist Jordan Truong. He was anlways incredibly responsible and patient throughout the entire appointment, taking the time to explain each step and make sure I was comfortable. What stood out most was how thorough they were — every aspect of my eye health was carefully checked, and nothing felt rushed or overlooked. I really appreciated how they answered all my questions in a clear and reassuring way, which made me feel confident about my eye care. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such genuine care for their patients. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a thorough and attentive optometrist.

Specsavers Chatswood Mall is fabulous. I was able to make an appointment when it suited me and the service from the Optometrist and the Optical Assistants was phenomenal. There were so many beautiful frames to choose from and the Optical Assistants offered some wonderful options that I wouldn't have chosen myself, but I loved them. The two pairs I ended up with weren't chosen by me and I'm thrilled with the outcome. Yvette, the Optometrist who looked after me brilliantly was so professional and thorough and gave me a really positive feeling about the whole process. I was treated so well and welcomed so warmly. Everything was an absolute pleasure. So happy with Specsavers.

I had a fantastic experience at Specsavers today. The nose pads on my glasses had become loose and developed some green oxidation after a year of use. Even though I wasn't there to make a new purchase, a very kind staff member (who wears glasses himself) went above and beyond to help me. He replaced the nose pads and gave my glasses a thorough cleaning. I am so grateful for the professional and friendly service. Highly recommend this branch!
