Fantastic experience getting Zeiss Clearmind lenses with Photofusion X for my rimless frames. Sabrina was able to carefully adjust the width of the arms to get a perfect fit - the care and expertise in fitting was much appreciated! Highly recommended - definitely will be back for any future optical needs!

I got two raybans at this store and Sabrina was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process. She took the time to help me try on different styles, gave honest recommendations and made choosing the right frames so much easier. The service was friendly and never felt pushy. Really happy with both my new glasses and the overall experience. Would definitely recommend this store if you’re looking for new eyewear!

Adrian and the team at Ocular & Eyes Chatswood are consummate professionals. The shop is a bit of a hidden gem, it’s tucked away on the ground floor behind the escalators. I recently went through the process of fine-tuning my progressive lens requirements, and I was thoroughly impressed by their patience and attentiveness. Even though it took several attempts to get the prescription exactly right, they remained completely committed to ensuring I was happy with the final result. Beyond the service, their selection of frames is excellent, I was particularly impressed by their Cartier and Chrome Hearts collections. I now source both my prescription glasses and contact lenses from them. Highly recommended for anyone looking for technical expertise and a premium range in Chatswood

So excited to find Japanese made glasses here, the brand Masunaga was exactly what I was looking for, love them! Shoutout to the staff member who helped me (I think Sabrina or Theresa?). She was super patient, friendly, and really helpful the whole time. Great experience overall! Will come back for my sun glasses next year!
