Rude and unprofessional staff with poor customer service skills. The office wasn't even busy, so there was no excuse for the attitude. Other Australia Post locations handle far more customers and still manage to provide friendly and professional service.

Terrible service, I was actually shouted at when they couldn’t scan their own barcode, the parcel ended up disappearing as well. Couldn’t have been a worse experience.

Poor service. Went to cancel a Money Order and get a refund. It was around 9:45am and a staff there suggested I go to Martin Place, ennjoy a good lunch and also finish my work in the PO there. Ridiculous to pass on such remarks. I am surprised a PO has no cash at its premises!!

Here's how to find it! Took me two attempts to find it, so I'm helping you out... 1) Navigate to Napoleon on Kent apartments at 219 Kent St 2) locate the brick coloured steps just to the right (north) of Napoleon on Kent 3) Go down those steps and into the post box area - head through and keep going till you see the full serice Post Office. You expect you'll need to go into the main entrance of 207 Kent (which adjoins 201 Kent) and use the lift, but you don't, and it won't work. I can't fathom why there's no signage at street level, but it's great once you find it.

New post office plus mail store (opened recently). Staff is friendly and helpful. Find it by walking down the brick steps from Kent St, and inside the PO Box area all the way to the end of the hall.
