I visited this post office to return a parcel using a prepaid return label provided by the retailer. The barcode on the digital return label could not be recognised in the system, despite the label having been issued several hours earlier. Staff advised that a printed label was required, but the post office was unable to print it for me. I was then directed to find a printer elsewhere and return before closing time. I was also told I could not leave the parcel at the counter while printing the label, meaning I would have had to carry a large parcel to another shop, pay for printing, and rush back before closing. The process was unnecessarily inconvenient and not customer-friendly.

I always have great experience with the team in the this post office. Each one of them are great! However, a special shout out to Suba and Claudia! Claudia was incredibly helpful resolving a complex issue on my behalf. They showed strong problem-solving skills, experience with the systems and diligence. They carefully worked through the issue and swiftly provided me with a well structured resolution. Best of all, they went through it all with me with a smile on their face!

Went in to do my 5 year old son's passport. The Indian lady (sorry didn't grabbed her name) was lovely and had a lot of pacience with my son when taking his pics. Claudia was amazing, very friendly and even picked up a mistake I made on the form. Thank you ladies for the service provided.

Made two parcel returns during lunch time today. Was served by the patient and helpful Claudia. Electronic labels printed, affixed with two QR code receipts for tracking. All this in under 2 minutes. Easily the best auspost outlet experience ever!!!

Great service from staff naned Lily. I had to submit my Australian passport renewal and photos. Lily took a few shots for my passport photos and made sure they met the requirements. All the staff are happy and very friendly. I didn't have to queue. Excellent customer experience. Thank you to the staff at World Square Post Office.
