I am a social worker supporting a client with complex care needs in South NSW. My client relies on regular deliveries of essential medical supplies from multiple companies. Despite submitting numerous complaint forms to Australia Post (reference number: 72095585) and making multiple phone calls to the local post office, the issue remains unresolved. The delivery person continues to leave a collection card in the mailbox without knocking or ringing the doorbell. The most concerning part is that my client is home at the time of delivery. A simple knock would resolve the situation. Instead, we are required to collect items from the post office, causing delays in accessing essential medical supplies. For a person with complex care needs, this is unacceptable. We have attempted to resolve this through proper channels over an extended period, but no improvement has been made. We are now leaving this review as a last resort. We strongly request that delivery staff be retrained to knock or ring the doorbell before leaving a collection card, particularly for addresses receiving medical supplies. This is not only a basic courtesy but also a matter of duty of care.

This was the closest post office to submit my passport application to be fast tracked. Unfortunately that meant a two plus hour train and metro journey to get here. I was served by Juan and he made it a very easy process. He was super friendly, very efficient and I was back on the metro in less than half hour.

I had a great experience at the post office thanks to Sarah(?) She was extremely friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. I was sending multiple parcels for my side business and wasn’t aware of the AusPost Business option. Sarah took the time to explain it to me and recommended that I sign up, which has already helped me save on shipping costs and will continue to benefit me going forward. I really appreciate her initiative and willingness to go the extra mile. Excellent customer service – thank you, Sarah!

Had a good experience here! Came during lunch time on a weekday, and there was quite a long line (extended almost out of the door). The post office was located in Martin Place, and was in a cute little heritage looking building. The interior had an old school vibe but it was very clean and well organised. The line moved very quickly and the staff were friendly! Probably one of the best post offices I’ve been to. Would definitely recommend.
