Great place. Like others said, if you are coming from Kent Street there is no street sign. It's building 207 Kent Street.

Rude and unprofessional staff with poor customer service skills. The office wasn't even busy, so there was no excuse for the attitude. Other Australia Post locations handle far more customers and still manage to provide friendly and professional service.

Awesome staff. Note this: In person at counter services open from 9AM. Google timings are for drop boxes. To find this hidden gem. Go into the 201 Kent Street Building entrance to the right of Tom and Gerry Cafe. Then take the Escalator down. Look at photos to find it.

One of the best furnished and clean Auspost I’ve seen in Sydney compared to the ones in the suburbs. It was quite empty during the weekday and super fast with great service. It has a large parcel locker area too. Only downfall is that Google maps guides you incorrectly to the back of where this auspost is located. Be vary if you are not familiar with the city. It is on Kent Street. There are two entries with the main access next to a cafe. Down the escalators you will see auspost. Alternatively the back entry with the gated fence leads you directly to the parcel locker area. Hope this helps! 😊

A lovely new store! So happy to have another Post Office in the city. It’s a bit confusing to find. There are a step of stairs going down before the main building entrance which I used. The staff were super helpful and lovely when I had to drop my iPhone off for a trade in.
