Ensure staff at this branch are entering addresses correctly when lodging parcels. I have now spent more than two weeks dealing with the fallout of an address being entered incorrectly into the system when a parcel was lodged at this branch. During the process I was told multiple conflicting things. At one stage I was advised the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address but located and retrieved by the driver, only to later be told that this was incorrect and the parcel was still missing. To make matters worse, two separate staff members later advised that the address was “fine” and that the parcel was being sent to the original recipient, despite the fact I had already explained that I had refunded the buyer due to the parcel being considered lost. They also advised to reach out to the recipient to have them send it back once they recieve it. However, after this had been done I am then notified of Australia Posts error that it is still lost and will have to lodge a claim. This again reflected poorly on me and again another update had to be shared showing the incompetence of not just this post office but the resolution team... Other staff then suggested that I had written

The staff were super helpful and friendly. We wanted to send a small package to the UK and it wasn't easy....but the team there were great and sorted it out for us.

Warning: Don't go to this shop for passport or license photos. They don't use a camera flash when they take passport photos so you have huge downward shadows from the ceiling lights. They don't even sit you down, you stand there. Passport photo doesn't really look like me - hopefully I can get through the checkpoints at airports over the next 10 years. Who doesn't use a flash when getting a face shot for a license or passport....? Rookie shop.
