Great service! Accepted my call promptly and arranged the tow. The situation was difficult as i was towing a boat trailer. They assisted with the car and boat recovery the delivery of the car to the repairer and the boat trailer to my home.

Not surprised in the slighted that this company has the low reviews it’s been given. When we originally picked up the hire car from SIXTY (who are great) we were told our car would take 10 days to fix. We were offered a car above our assigned class for $5 extra per day. We said yes as it was only to be for 10 days. My car has taken longer than 10 days to fix and I have asked to return to $5 car to get a car within our assigned class. You’d think I’m asking to travel to Jupiter. Roadside have been nothing short of unhelpful. We agreed to the 10 days but nothing longer than that. Roadside say they have no paperwork about this and instruct us to contact the dealership our car is being repaired with and their head office. Dealership and head office both have sent us the proof that Roadside DO have the proof. It’s so simple: I want to take the hire car back and get a hire car within my class. If I knew this would happen we would never have taken the $5 per day car. Surely someone can help me?? It has been weeks of no assistance and horrid customer service from Roadside, 365 whoever they are.

WORSE COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH. Urgently needed us to do a job for them, but they can't pay their bill after six weeks of contacting them for payment. Poor communication, don't return calls, don't pay invoices. When you try to talk to someone in the accounts department, they say you are talking to the wrong department (even though the prompt you select is for the accounts department). They say they will forward an email to the correct department and get payment escalated, but nothing ever comes from it. Six weeks and counting, four phone calls and numerous emails and still no response or payment. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Will never use VW roadside assist/365again. Vw golf broke down on the motorway south of brisbane. and I was told they would tow it, then a guy was sent to check the battery etc and was told it needed to be towed. I was then told i had to call back to organise the tow again and was told there providers will not tow it from the highway even though it was on the side of the road. Told to speak with TMR to tow off the hwy which they don't do u less it's blocking traffic. Had to call back again and told them it had to be towed which was finally organised. Over 4 1/2hrs on the side of the motorway waiting......worst customer service I have ever had.

What an absolute joke. My wife broke down in the M4 tunnel on her way from work. My wife called 365 and they advised that she should call transport management as they need to move the vehicle to a safe place before they can do anything. When she was dropped off at a secure location she called 365 again and they said they sending someone. They sent out a mechanic who just said there's a water leak, well duh, the car was overheating. How was he going to fix the problem on the side of the road. My wife then called 365 yet again to say the mechanic has been here and said it has a leak so she needs a tow. The clueless lady then said we not covered. I sent my wife the agreement which clearly states they can tow a car 20kms in a metro area. The lady said well things have changed. How do you change an agreement without notifying the customer and for a service we paid for? The lady said she'll check with her manager. They then agreed they will tow her home. It took 3 hours for her to get home. The tow truck driver said he doesn't understand, he's depot is 5 mins away and they had trucks available. What an absolute joke. My wife was alone in the cold with no communication. I can see from t
