About a year and a half ago, I had a shoulder injury from the gym and went to see Damien at Macquarie. He put together a treatment plan with targeted exercises and other strategies, and the results have been incredible. My shoulder has fully rehabbed since then and honestly feels stronger than ever. More recently, I’ve been seeing Alex for some niggling muscle tension issues, and he’s been just as impressive—knowledgeable, attentive, and highly effective. The whole team at 4D Health is fantastic. I couldn’t recommend them more highly to anyone dealing with any kind of injury or physical issue—definitely the place to go if you want real results.

The physiotherapist and team at 4D were amazing in helping me with my lower back pain. Friendly and effective care that allowed me to get back to moving at my best. Highly recommend physiotherapist Roshan and the friendly team at 4D

Jason has been great and is able to easily identify where my issues were. His dry needling skills are also top notch! Overall, the clinic is fantastic and really makes you welcome the moment you step in as the receptionist is very kind and friendly!

4D Health and Performance is truly outstanding! The space has an amazing energy, excellent service, and a great location. David is an exceptional professional - highly skilled, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated. He’s the only one who has truly managed to fix my back issues after years of trying different treatments. What I love most is how multifaceted he is, with such a broad range of expertise that makes every session effective and personalised. Couldn’t recommend 4D and David more highly!

My loyalty to 4D will go to the end of my times. it has been 4 years since I met David and he is the best physio and coach I have ever met and experienced. He truly care about understanding the body and the behaviours associated with it which is an attribute and competence many coaches and even doctors lack.
