I’ve had my prescription glasses, contact lenses and sunglasses made here. I can always find styles I like, and the staff are always friendly and happy to help me find what I’m looking for. They never hard-sell. Instead, they customise the glasses based on your actual needs, which I really appreciate. I’ll definitely come back here for my reading glasses in the future. The optometrists are also very professional, patient and responsible. They always take the time to explain everything clearly, and I’ve learned a lot about how to better protect my eyes. I’ve already recommended this store to many of my friends, and they’ve all been very happy too!😊😊

I had a very disappointing experience at APO Optometrist. I purchased my glasses from this store about one and half years ago. Recently, during a sport, the frame leg became twisted. I returned to APO to see if they could help adjust or repair it. The senior staff member, who seemed to be in charge, had a rude and impatient attitude. She told me she had tried her best but could not fix it, and insisted the only solution was to buy a new frame for around $300. I asked her again to be sure, and she repeated that there was no other option. The way she spoke made the experience even more unpleasant. Not convinced, I went to another optometrist in Chatswood Chase. To my surprise, a young lady there fixed my glasses back to their original condition within minutes, charging me only $10 since I hadn’t bought them from her store. I felt misled and disappointed that APO could not provide an honest solution. Whether due to lack of skill or deliberate dishonesty, combined with such poor customer service, the result was the same—I left feeling cheated. I will never return and cannot recommend this store to others.
