Pretty disappointed with Bloomers. Live in QLD, have to specifically request StarTrack shipping so my scripts don’t get stolen. Except for when the staff charge you for courier but ignore your request and ship 5 days out. Horrible customer service. Will not be using them anymore.

Fast, fluent and friendly service, made my scripts organized very well since last year. I would really recommend getting them a call about your scripts and asking bloomers to sort them out.

Best service around .. Vivian cares for patients needs and well being her team at bloomers is awesome and they always keep up to date and also call to discuss products and availability.. I have used three other dispenarys and no one compare to these guys... Go in person or send your scripts in ... They will help strait away or order products if necessary. Always best prices and fast services ......

Phone service isn’t great. Staff seem lost at times on calls. Placed an order a week ago. Was confirmed on the call the stock was available. Still waiting for delivery. Think they charged me express delivery too. So I’m going to say the service level in general is pretty bad
