I had a very pleasant experience in the store this afternoon while exploring some new make-up. Maya (senior) was friendly and patient while demonstrating how to use some products, and Erica and the other Maya were friendly to deal with in the store as well. Thanks team for the very comfortable experience.

Terrible service. Approached two staff members to ask a question and they acted like their conversation had been interrupted. Paired with an eye roll and useless advice for a very basic question. Blonde and brunette… perhaps hangout outside of work hours?

Worst priceline ever!!! I have paid online for a e scrupt to be filled and delivered for Monday . Its still Thursday and its filled vur not delivered. Been getting the run aroynd by staff. Will not refund me for my prescription so i can get it re filled else where.

I love the range of products that Priceline stock, however, I wish their stock level information that they advertise online would be accurate. Since November last year, I've visited Priceline (not just this store but others around Sydney) around 5 times and 3 of those times the product that said it was in stock online was out of stock at the shop. As I don't have a priceline around the corner from me, it's extremely frustrating taking out an hour on average for a whole trip to come back home with nothing. Flagging this as it now seems to be a pattern instead of a one off instance.
