I received top-notch service both on the phone & then in person as I was assisted with a special compounding requirement. All of my questions were patiently & thoroughly answered with genuine care. Particular mention to Coco in all this. Highly recommend this service

I was feeling unwell on my way home today, I walked into the pharmacy- the pharmacist suggested some pills, and offered me some water. They checked on me, when I was not improving I asked if I could lie down - they were so obliging. Truely I could not have got on the train to go home, had I not had that down time and support from the pharmacists. Thank you!

I was impressed with Melissa, the pharmacist from Terry White Compounding Chemist at Chatswood. Her knowledge was so deep and broad that she could easily be a GP. She’s very patient and friendly, she didn’t rush with her explanation and I really deeply appreciated it as my medical questions were not straightforward. Thank you so much Melissa and Terry White for employing such a gem !!

The pharmacist was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the cashier at the front counter was extremely unfriendly. She was chatting happily with the previous white customer while processing her payment. When it was my turn, she avoided eye contact entirely. Even after I thanked her, she kept looking to the side and remained silent. The difference in attitude was so obvious and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. All customers should be treated with equal respect.

The service they provided here is really bad & not professional at all. They even suggested clients to purchase more quantities of nutrients that cannot be finalised eating before they are expired. & when the clients were still in the store talking to their staff at checkout to purchase something, the staff didn't even remind clients & just shut down their pos machine requesting clients to come another day to do purchase while they knew the clients live quite far away from their surbub. When the clients complained why they did such service, the staff just laughed at clients & didn't apologise about their unprofessional behaviour. It is shame to see such chemist store with unprofessional & poor services provided to clients.
