Wow! What an experience, I was having a bad day and I was welcomed by a lovely employee named Douge! He should literally be the face of Priceline! He was amazing and friendly and lit up my day :) everyone be like douge! Thanks douge, you’re lucky to have him!!!!!

My skin was irritated and I was looking for skincare products. The stuff Azzy was very friendly to explain different skin care options for me. I felt he has lot of knowledge to let me understand my skin. It was very comfortable experience.. now two weeks later . I want to say thank you. To azzy . My face skin is getting better. Irritated skin has settlesettled down. Thank you very much .

I've just finished reading over 140 reviews of this place , and there is a common theme here - A very special staff member called *Azzy* has been helping people above and beyond the call of duty for years now. His product knowledge is absolutely excellent and he also possesses wonderful customer service skills. This means that many a customer has had an incredible experience in his care, much like we stumbled upon totally by accident whilst shopping in this store (level 2 Chatswood Westfield at the bottom of the escalators on Coles level). My young daughter's horrible experience with Eczema and dry skin were solved in 15 minutes by Azzy, in what couldn't be figured out by multiple doctors over countless visits. I can see he already is well recognised within the Priceline network as the 2024 "beauty advisor of the year", etc, but he is doing more for this corporate brand than the key stakeholders may ever realise; His passion for helping people really shows and is much appreciated. Thank you for your help Azzy, you are a good human.

Doug is fabulous! Made my check out and the process to update my membership so seamless! I was also feeling a bit lost before this and a young girl stopped to ask if I needed a hand, and then walked me to the item I was looking for. Best service I’ve ever had in a Priceline!

I had a great experience with Azzy at Priceline Pharmacy Chatswood. He was an excellent salesperson with very strong product knowledge. Azzy took the time to understand both my skin and my mom’s skin needs, and recommended products that were really suitable for us. He also offered us the chance to try sample products, which helped us understand the ingredients better and how they could help achieve the results we were looking for. Overall, Azzy made the shopping experience very pleasant and helpful. Thank you! ❤️
