Walked into chemist Warehouse Bondi junction today and needed zinc picolinate: Met Damera (service assistant) ask for her help and within 3 minutes she'd showed me six different brands. Then proceeded to tell me that she's new, but I was so impressed and she was so quick and efficient. Absolutely wonderful, hold on to her guys she's great and cares about the customer. Thanks Luke

The Indian workers there are very unfriendly and unhelpful. I was waiting in line at the counter and one of them pushes past me to get to the tills. I was expecting them to jump on and serve, instead they reach for their water bottle and return back to the shop floor, leaving myself and others waiting in line.. Why should I spend my money in a buisness that doesn’t respect their customers?

Possibility one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a pharmacy. I'm physically disabled and autistic, I wear the disability sunflower lanyard. I asked one of the staff where a certain sensitive product was. (One that you don't really need everyone to know as it refers to personal care) She proceeded to yell it out to her coworker in front of a crowded store at the top of her lungs, repeating it SEVERAL times loudly. Fantastic. Now everyone in Bondi knows. I was so embarassed and really upset. I could feel myself physically recoiling in embarrassment. Then she just left me in the aisle with no explanation of where she went, which as an autistic person is rather overwhelming. Thankfully another staff member came over and helped me out. I explained to him that the other staff member yelling out I needed a certain product was downright humiliating and it should be avoided in the future. He helped me out and told me he understood and would be a lot more subtle, which I'm very thankful for. They didn't have the size I needed in stock, but he said the store up the road had them. Afterwards I went up to the staff member who had yelled out earlier. There was no apology, just excuse

This Chemist Warehouse store is always fully stocked which is great but the aisles are so narrow it makes it difficult getting through and finding what you need. It is especially even more difficult now with the physical distancing. There is another Chemist Warehose store literally just down the road which is much bigger.
