Honestly not bad. I went here in like November 2025 or so and got what I needed and it was quick. What more would you want.

Just letting you all know that $24.99 for Children’s Panadol 5-12 years is just outrageous and should be referred to ACCC. The same product different brand which Chemist warehouse does not have in store but conveniently online only - same size bottle, same concentration, same key ingredient, same strawberry flavour is $8.99. And if you really want the Panadol brand of Children’s Paracetamol, it’s $12.99 at Discount Chemist and $18.99 at Priceline. Please explain Chemist Warehouse?

Worse experience ever in this particular chemist warehouse. I went in after work on the 6th of June 2025 on my way to the gym to get some soaps. As soon as I entered the store the female security started to watch me and made feel so uncomfortable straight away. I ignored her and went in the soap aisle to get for what I came in for. I joined the queue and she kept watching me. In front of me there were a couple with backpacks she didn't ask them to check their bags. The moment I finished paying for my items she came in my face and rudely told me to open my bag. When I asked her why she didn't checked the couple before me she started to racially abused me and treated me like a second class citizen. She started yelling at me even came out of the store to abuse me even more. I was racially profiled today and she wasn't hiding her racist behaviours towards me. When I asked for her name and the security company she works for she tried to come in my face again and embarrassed me in front of so many people . I was racially harassed, yelled at and threatened. I will take it further but in the meantime avoid this chemist warehouse. No wonder their reviews are so terrible.

Can these guys get anything right? Dealt with four staff today. Amateur hour. They gave me 50% of scripts ordered and two of them took 15 minutes to work out why and how their own app worked (not well - cause of issue). Then one stacking shelved blocked exit as he spilt boxed across super narrow corridors. Finally, checkout lady on auto pilot struggled to add up my three items (two scripts and shelf item). Finally offered me a bag. I said no thanks. Then she packed items in one anyway. No doubt charged me for it. Comedy of errors. Not first. Anyway…moving on.
