Edited !! Please see full review since updated. Non exisited customer service Did an order when I was sick for fast delivery, never came. They blamed delivery person. Fine, so I said please sort it with the delivery person and provide an update. Never did. Called to speak to manager, they refused to take my call. Review has been revised- I have since connected with the manager and they sent one of their staff to drop it off personally. Well done to rectify the situation thank you

Very poor customer service and refund experience – not recommended I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Chatswood Chemist Warehouse. The staff were arrogant, unreasonable, and showed a complete lack of accountability. When an issue arose due to incorrect shelf placement or pricing, instead of handling it professionally, the staff repeatedly attempted to shift the blame onto the customer. I proposed a very reasonable solution — paying a small price difference to exchange for a more suitable (and better) model — which was flatly refused without proper explanation. The only option given was a refund and repurchase. What made the situation worse was the refund process itself. When problems occurred, the store showed little willingness to take responsibility or assist further, leaving the customer to bear the risk and uncertainty. If you experience a refund at this store, there is a real chance you may face delays, complications, or even difficulty getting your money back. For a large national chain, this level of service and after-sales handling is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this store and strongly advise others to be cautious, especially when purchasi

A popular supermarket style pharmacy at Chatswood in great location. It is one of several branches in Sydney. The store is large and is open every day until late. They carry a huge range of pharmaceutical, health products and has prescription service too. In addition online services are available too. Prices are reasonable and many people shop here and online. Parking is difficult, so use Westfield or Chatswood chase mall parking which is free for 3 hours.

There are three Chemist Warehouse in Chatswood. I prefer this as I find the counter staff friendlier. This morning I was served by a chinese senior man at the cashier and he is polite and friendly. I had spent Aud500 this week in Chemist. I noticed prices had gone up compared to 6 years ago. I didn't get those with prices not much difference from Singapore online platform.
