Staff member ignored me and served people behind me in the queue before myself. When she finally served me, I asked for assistance with perfume. I followed her to the counter to pay and she stated I would need to go to the back of the queue. I stated ‘you’re still serving me’. She pointed to the back of the queue. I said ‘I was here well before the people in the queue and you’re still serving me. Can I just pay?’ She rolled her eyes and rudely threw my perfume in a bag and pointed to the eftpos machine. Horrible experience with a rude person and I’m not sure why.

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. The store has recently been renovated, but there were absolutely no signs or instructions showing where customers were supposed to line up. I had no choice but to stand in an open space near the counter and wait. During that time, other customers even lined up behind me, so it was reasonable to assume that was the correct spot. When it became my turn, the receptionist spoke to me in an extremely impatient and rude manner, telling me I was standing in the wrong place. How was I supposed to know where to stand when there was no signage or guidance at all? I had arrived earlier and was clearly waiting in line. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the female front desk staff member — rolling her eyes, speaking with obvious annoyance, and showing absolutely no patience or basic customer service. After reading through other reviews, I realized this does not seem to be an isolated incident. It’s very clear that the poor rating of this place largely comes from the consistently bad attitude and unprofessional behavior of the staff.

Went to this place out of convenience being on my way to work. It took just over 25 minutes to fill a simple script. Then I got the pleasure of queueing up again to pay. So tedious - don't do it to yourself...

I went into Chemist Warehouse to request a price match, which is part of their policy. Christina assisted me but seemed reluctant to process it from the start. She first said the item was online only, which it wasn’t, and then said the milligrams were different, which I showed were actually the same. She then claimed there was another policy preventing the price match, but when she handed me the policy sheet I couldn’t find the condition she made up. When I asked her to show me where it was listed, she snatched the sheet from my hands and tried to find it. Another staff member had offered to help earlier, but Christina insisted she knew the policies and continued handling it herself. When I asked a question while she was looking through the list, she raised her voice and told me to be patient, even though I had been polite throughout. She then walked away without any explanation. The other staff member who had tried to help earlier processed the price match immediately without any issue. I would recommend Chemist Warehouse ensure staff are familiar with their own price match policy and approach customers in a more helpful and respectful way.

The young woman with dyed hair and blue nail polish working the prescription counter on Feb 28 2026 at 5 pm was extremely rude, hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had anywhere. My elderly parents had a few questions about a product they're buying and she barked answers with annoyance as if we were stealing her precious time. Disgusting. Do better!
