Mel was incredible. She provided me with A-tier guest experience: she not only helped me find my boot, she helped me install it. This amazing altruist deserves more than she is getting paid. The next time I go to a chemist, I will go to this location.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service here. I went in to return an item, and the manager, Kevin, repeatedly questioned why I wanted to return it. He inspected the product multiple times to check if it had been opened and insisted on calling the pharmacy to confirm. Even after the pharmacy confirmed that the return was acceptable, he continued to recheck the item and asked again if I was returning everything. The whole process felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, and his attitude came across as rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning in the future.

I live nearby and have been an almost weekly (don't ask) customer of this chemist since they opened. The staff have always been so kind, friendly & professional to me. Apple, Mel and the pharmacy staff always have a smile when I walk in. I thoroughly recommend this Chemist Warehouse, and cannot understand the bad reveiws and poor ratings left by others.

Read the negative reviews and was a bit apprehensive before visiting but my experience was positive. I called beforehand to ask if they had a prescription cream in stock and they said yes and put it aside for me. Had no issues picking up my script. The staff were pleasant so maybe the negative experiences other had were from ex staff members?
