It saddens me to write this because I’ve been a long time customer. Their prices go up while quality comes down. I ordered a roast pork roll and a viet coffee over two days. The roll had zero crackling. They obviously served me the end bits of the last batch of pork. They had a new batch of pork with crackling but gave me none of it. The coffee was weak and wasn’t even filled to the top. It was mostly made up of ice (see picture). 3 sips and I had finished the drink. Definitely did not meet my expectations for the increased price. They’ve lost a customer of nearly 20 years.

I have been buying cakes from this bakery since I was in primary school (30 years). The couple who own this business are beautiful people and they make the most amazing treats!! My favorites are the custard tarts, neenish tarts and the vanilla slices!!! So yummy!! :-)

The best value lunch in Chatswood! The Banh Mi is absolutely delicious, and amazing price. $9!!!!

I ordered a crispy pork roll which tasted decent, but the packaging was terrible. The paper bag was neither grease-proof nor water-resistant. The juices from the carrot and meat soaked straight through, and by the end the bag was falling apart and even sticking to the food. If 10 is full marks, the food would only get a 5 because the packaging ruined the experience. Probably won’t come back.

Amazing Vietnamese banh mi and pastries of all types! Everything made in house from the bread rolls to the mayonnaise and pate! Not a lot of staffs but are extremely friendly and warming. Best of all, pricing is ridiculously cheap (they had to push so hard to get all the fillings in my $7 cold cut pork roll).
