I’ve seen Jordan for a few different injuries and issues over the years, and he’s been great every time. He’s really friendly, easy to talk to, and makes you feel comfortable from the start. What I like most is that he doesn’t just tell you what you should do in an ideal world - he takes the time to understand your lifestyle, work, and schedule, and comes up with treatment and rehab plans that are actually realistic and achievable. It makes it so much easier to stick with the plan and get results. He’s helped me successfully recover from every issue I’ve seen him for, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a physio. I’ll definitely keep recommending Jordan to friends and family.

I have nothing but praise for the wonderful team at Elite Spinal Physiotherapy and Pilates. Jordan Pink at the CBD clinic has made a world of difference to my migraines. After over 40 years of terrible migraines, I found Jordan and he listened and worked with me to treat the physical tension and neck issues associated with a migraine. He has reduced the triggers, the intensity and the frequency. He is great! I also highly recommend, at Bondi Junction, Charmine who worked wonders on my daughters spinal disk problems, Jackson who I saw for years and Melissa who is gifted at assisting women post breast cancer treatment.

I've had my share of very average physios over the years but when I found Elite nearly 3 years ago , that all changed. This is one very professional company with a group of extremely knowledgeable physiotherapists. I used to go to their Bondi studio but now go to their Circular Quay studio where Jordan Hill is my physio now. As I get older I need to keep my aches and pains in check and having a very good physio is imperative for this. Their Circular Quay studio is only a few minutes walk from Circular Quay Station.

I attended physio after an ultrasound confirmed a 4 mm partial tear of my common extensor tendon with active lateral epicondylitis. Nicola Ying reviewed my ultrasound report before treatment and then instructed me to perform a side plank during the appointment. I experienced immediate pain during the exercise, and my symptoms have remained significantly worse since. Before this appointment, my elbow had been improving. Since then, I have been left with constant soreness, pain throughout my arm, and difficulty using it for everyday activities. I contacted the clinic to report the sudden deterioration, but Nicola did not contact me personally to reassess my condition. Instead, I was told through the office that she β€œwouldn’t worry about it.” The next day, Nicola emailed advising me to apply heat and reassuring me that this was β€œnormal.” Given the pain I am experiencing and the worsening of my symptoms after the prescribed exercise, I found this response dismissive and deeply disappointing. I understand that rehabilitation can involve some discomfort. However, immediate pain followed by a significant and ongoing worsening of symptoms should, in my opinion, be taken seriously. Unfor

Jordan is an excellent physio! He is very comprehensive and pragmatic in his approach. The sessions go beyond just treating the immediate issue and focus on understanding the root cause. I really appreciated the clear explanations and practical strategies that I could actually apply day to day. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
