this is my first time visiting the store , the guy was so rude when we want to order . and we ordered the TOP 8 . i mean it supposed to be good isn’t it ? but it was so sour . it taste bitter not sour . when i asked the guy nicely to replace it . he just standing and looking at me and went to the register and charge me for more . i didn’t even drink it . he said he can put more water ??? . such a waste of my 7.5$$ fr . don’t get it ppl

I ask for a little star peach green tea, large. I always get this when I go to gong cha, it only costed $5.8 with 6cents surcharge but here, they charge me for a peach GT crush & LS, like that wasn’t what I wanted so I told the guy I didn’t order this I said little star peach green tea, not foam so in the end he didn’t put foam, but it tasted way more sweet then what I remembered and we asked for less sugar??? My friend got normal ice and I got less but it seems the same too? It was a complete waste of money, would not recommend this, should’ve just went to the one down there instead of the one in the station, the asian guy didn’t really seems like he care, might be a new guy

I ordered a Oreo milk tea with coffee jelly. The girl gave me a Oreo milk tea with coconut jelly. When I back to exchange it, she charged me extra 90c for coffee jelly. Which I payed and accepted however she didn’t redo that milk tea only put coffee jelly extra into the milk tea. That wasn’t my order. She didn’t pay any attention on her job. And she said she can’t understand Chinese that acceptable bye she couldn’t understand English that was a terrible. Either she more respect white person or she doesn’t want service Chinese customer. I will never but it again!

The shop wasn’t busy. Yet you forgot to put basil seed in my drink. Or does this one doesn’t have basil seed in it? But from my memory there was some basil seed in th photo.

Ordered a brown sugar fresh milk with WHITE pearls. Got charged and given brown pearls AND white pearls. Told them they made a mistake, they tried to argue that brown sugar fresh milk always comes with brown pearls. Told them I never asked for brown, I specifically asked for white, brown was never mentioned, and never have any issues with this order at other stores. They tried to fix the drink by pouring the tea out, straining out the pearls, giving me the same drink plus MORE syrup, and white pearls. Really grossed out. Clearly have a reputation of making mistakes given their review history. Manager was the one that told the staff member to tip out the pearls and serve me that same tea but for some reason added more brown sugar syrup making it disgustingly sweet. If the manager is like this, you can’t expect much from the store.
