Very unhappy and disappointed with green valley spices. Their tags said their chicken spice was vegetarian but when I bought it home and checked ingredients on their website it said it contained both HPP Beef and Chicken in it. Very misleading to customers. If you are vegetarian or vegan do not purchase, even if you do, please read the ingredients a thousand times because even their staff don’t have all the information. They just say vegetarian just because the tag says so.

Infact I went to buy some Herbal Tea leaves!! Nettle tea leaves. They’ve got a huge variety. The staff who was serving she was very helpful & friendly too!! The Nettle Tea leaves were very FRESH!! 🙏😊 Though there was a contact number in the google map page truly there was no phone!! That was bit misleading!! All I wanted to know whether they have this Nettle Tea leaves, so as there was no phone yet a number was given heart broken I had to come all the way to get some info & to purchase the needful!! Pls kindly pay your kind attention to that contact number given?? Thanks Anoma👍🏽🎈😊

I have been buying Spices and Dukkah from Green Valley in store and online for years. Recently I bought this Dukkah in Merryland shopping centre, I was very excited when I was in the shop and didn’t check the quality. It turned out the shop owner was selling this very old disgusting dry and awful smelling, out of date Dukkah. The spices looks damp, very disappointing and dishonest. I’ll never come back again. This shop sells different brands of spices, perhaps green valley should remove this shop out of their distribution as they are giving the brand a bad name.

I saw two types of spices and they’re both worth 30$/kg according to the labelled prices but the seller told me that if i take these two types of spices it will become 40$/kg! I was confused by what she told me.
