I’ve been a regular customer at W Cosmetics for quite some time, and I wanted to give a special thank you to Cynthia and the team. Cynthia has always been incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. No matter how busy the store gets, she always greets customers with a smile and goes out of her way to help. Her positive attitude and genuine care for customers never go unnoticed. I also appreciate the hard work of the rest of the team who help make every visit a pleasant experience. Thank you all for your dedication and kindness.

I visited today to purchase a Dr. Althea Vitamin C Serum and asked the cashier if there were any upcoming promotions, as I was planning to repurchase my Dr. Althea’s 345 Relief Cream soon as well. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was disappointing. The cashier’s response came across as dismissive and unfriendly, and there was no effort to engage or assist with my question. I understand that retail work can be tiring and everyone has difficult days, but customer interactions still matter. A simple polite response or even a smile would have made a big difference. Instead, I left feeling unwelcome, which unfortunately affected what should have been an enjoyable shopping experience. I hope management can provide feedback and support to ensure customers receive a warmer and more professional experience in the future.

I’ve been a regular customer here and usually have a great experience, which is why today’s visit was disappointing. The tester for the product I wanted was empty, so I asked a staff member for help. Unfortunately, he immediately said there were no other testers available without even checking or attempting to assist. A little more effort and customer care would have been appreciated.

W Cosmetics has a good range of Korean beauty products and the quality is definitely nice. The store itself is quite small and the prices are ok. Unfortunately, the biggest drawback was the staff experience — they were not welcoming at all. Yawning right in front of customers and not offering guidance even when asked felt quite unprofessional. The products themselves are good, which is why I’d still give it 3 stars, but better customer service would really improve the overall experience.

I recently visited W Cosmetic, and I was really impressed! It’s a Korean brand that sells a variety of Korean products. The staff was super friendly and the products are of great quality at very reasonable prices. It’s definitely not cheap in quality but affordable, which makes it a great option for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone looking to try something new!
