I went in looking for a few new things, didn’t have anything in mind but heather was so helpful. She is like a bulb of energy, so bright and definitely makes you feel very welcomed. I can’t thank her enough x and yes my hair feels very good after my new shampoo and conditioner🤍

Great service and products. Went on Thursday 4th of June in the afternoon and had some really good products reccomended to me by the staff. After using them I got great results.

The sales team at the Westfield store were great, in particular the salesman who went through multiple products with me enthusiastically and patiently! He was a hairdresser himself with his own beautiful locks that were well cared for so I felt confident he knew what he was talking about. He was not pushy but full of knowledge that I was able to use in making the right choice for me. Totally recommend.

Visited the store but the items were out of stock. The sales staff were very helpful and assisted me in placing a back order from the warehouse. Great service despite the inconvenience.

Had a great experience in store this morning. Was served by Ben and another gorgeous young lady (didn’t get her name) but they were both lovely and eager to help me out choosing a gift. It was a really good experience especially for this busy time of the year. Also Ben had the most beautiful curly hair. 😊
