I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora Parramatta thanks to Valeria. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect foundation match for my skin. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely lovely throughout the whole process. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident with my choice. Her knowledge and excellent customer service made the experience so enjoyable. Thank you, Valeria, for all your help I truly appreciate it and will definitely be coming back!

Went today around 4pm to Sephora and looked for one product didn’t find it and went Mecca and got it and again came back to Sephora to look for Armani foundation to try as I have very sensitive skin and any foundation applying not looking good on my skin and also because of too many lights as well didn’t try it in store usually wanna try on clean skin and under the home light then you will know the foundation look good or not and I took one small example continuer as Sephora have to took little be to try at home and I didn’t call anybody to assist me I tried few times before it takes time to find someone be free and help you as I was in rush wanted to try by myself then one 46 or 50 years old lady she worked there also she had a customer came and wanted to took it from my hand that continuer and said no you can’t I felt so she in front of her customer she behaved like I stole something from the store and she said I call somebody to help you I was in shock if I was not allow to take she could talk with me in nice way and not in front of her customer explain like a human and slowly sorry you can’t not take it by yourself but I can help you with and I don’t know what she was thinking

Some people don’t realise how much kindness can brighten someone’s day. Today at Sephora, the security guard was genuinely one of the sweetest people. He warmly told me about the sale, and because of him I decided to check the store again. It wasn’t even a big thing, but the way he spoke so kindly and nicely honestly made the experience feel so welcoming. People like him bring such positive energy wherever they are. Little moments like these really stay with you 🤍

I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora thanks to Soni. She was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and she helped me find the perfect products for my skin and makeup needs. Her customer service was amazing, and she made me feel very comfortable and welcomed throughout my visit. Thank you, Soni, for your beautiful assistance , I’ll definitely be coming back again. ❤️

I visited the store to exchange a product I purchased through Click & Collect last Saturday. I didn’t notice the issue immediately because the bag was sealed, and I only opened it once I was on the train. This was my first time using Click & Collect, as the product was unavailable online. When I opened the package, I noticed the outer packaging was already quite old and damaged (as shown in the attached photo). I was surprised that an item in that condition was packed for a customer. When I returned to the store to request an exchange, the staff member assisting me (Mina A, wearing a head scarf) was unprofessional and dismissive. When I approached her politely to ask about an exchange, she did not respond verbally and simply walked to the counter, which felt very uncomfortable and judgmental. I understand that from the store’s perspective, staff may need to verify whether damage occurred after purchase. I am more than willing to provide proof and clarify the situation. However, the way I was treated was inappropriate and lacked basic customer service courtesy. Customers should be asked for clarification respectfully, not made to feel accused or judged.
