Dear MECCA Parramatta, I would love to acknowledge a beautiful staff member, Kashifa 🤗 I am so grateful to have received such great support and assistance by this lovely lady - her kindness, patience, and enthusiasm is deeply appreciated. She literally spent a whole hour helping my mother - creating a detailed skincare routine for her !! You can clearly see the amount of care & attention she puts into the consultation - honestly, so incredible!!! 🥹 She took the time to thoroughly assess my mum's skin, explain the purpose of each product, and carefully create a step-by-step skincare plan that was easy to understand. However, what mostly stood out to me, was how thoughtful she was in making sure the routine suited my mum's needs and budget. She showed the best products for my mother, and adjusted it to my mother’s budget and face. Rather than simply recommending expensive products, she provided various alternatives at different price points - providing flexibility and explaining the benefits of each product, ensuring my mum has many options to choose from. She provided us with so much flexibility!!!! 😁 At no point did she ever make us feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything

Had such a lovely experience at Mecca thanks to a staff member I believe was named Annalise. She was so kind and welcoming, and even though she was serving me at the register, she made me feel so looked after. What really stood out was her energy and positive vibe. She was so friendly, easy to talk to and genuinely made the whole interaction so enjoyable. She honestly made my night, and it’s rare to come across someone who leaves such a positive impression from such a simple interaction. Thank you, Annalise, for such a lovely experience!

Irene was simply amazing! She checked in at the check out…’if I got everything… well as soon as I mentioned I couldn’t find blue liner… she promptly helped me find it! Great work Mecca in finding such lovely people with great spirit and the right temperament for the job… I was a happy customer because of lovely Irene !

Amazing customer service by Heidi from the fragrance team at Parra! She went above and beyond with all of my questions and showed me so many beautiful products I wouldn’t have known/noticed otherwise! Absolutely recommend having a fragrance consult with her especially if you’re new to the world of perfume, her product knowledge and enthusiasm is so genuine, she won’t just show you the best sellers but actually listen to what you’re interested in and give you a tonne of options that is personal to you. You will leave with so many new favourites for yourself and your loved ones! Thanks again Heidi for such a great experience! Will be back x

I recently visited MECCA Parramatta and had such a lovely experience. From the moment I walked in, the store felt very organised, clean, and beautifully presented. All the products were perfectly aligned and displayed so neatly, which made browsing so easy and enjoyable. What truly stood out to me was the customer service. One of the staff members went completely out of her way to help me find the products I was looking for and patiently assisted me throughout my visit. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping rather than just making a sale, which I really appreciated. The overall atmosphere of the store was welcoming and professional, and you can tell the team takes pride in maintaining high standards. Shopping there felt relaxing and enjoyable instead of overwhelming. I left very happy with both the service and the products I purchased. Highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for great customer service and a well-organised beauty store!
