A big shout out to the team Nichole, Kalissa and Michael for your beautiful caring nature towards my family that came in and organised the funeral for Jenny. You all supported my family and myself you made the process so special and meaningful. We are all truly grateful. Your professionalism was truly outstanding our whole family said how beautiful Jenny looked and how amazing your team was on the day of the funeral. Thank you all so much. I’ll definitely be recommending the three of you to everyone I know.

Outstanding service and support. Lyn was a treasure to have managing everything, she was flexible, understanding and supportive and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience as we organised our father's funeral. Guardian - and Lyn in particular made a difficult time much easier. The celebrant Ray was also a treasure. Thank you.

Kalissa was amazing such a hard and long process but the day couldn't of gone any smoother and Ray Frew was amazing perfect fit and so many commented on his outstanding performance. You're team from Guardian were amazing through the whole process. Highly recommended and thank you.

The first time we met Kalissa we knew we were right in choosing Guardian Funerals She was very understanding, sympathetic, and supportive about our loss. She listened and respected our wishes. We were never pressured in doing anything that would compromise our decisions. The result was a very beautiful and solemn funeral service from beginning to end that we cannot fault. On behalf of our family, thank you Kalissa from the bottom of our hearts for making our last farewell to our beloved mother a very special and memorable experience. I only wish there were more than 5 stars to rate my review. Guardian Funerals at Blacktown were appointed to do the service and funeral for our Dad in April of 2020 - there were 9 people at the Funeral, but the service, officiated by Michael Toohey, was a fitting tribute during trying times. Flash forward to September of 2024, and our beautiful Mum has passed away - but she had organised everything for her funeral when she saw to Dad's. And everything was just so easy and seamless because of that. We had Michael Toohey officiating again, and he was just so very positive and credible because he had met Mum and knew her personality. But the real star was Kristal Joseph. She's warm as well as understanding - without being overly morbid [really don't need that at times like this] - and efficient. Nothing was a trouble and everything ran beautifully on the day. We cannot thank everyone at Guardian Blacktown enough.

Very sad to say goodbye to my mum's beautiful friend. This funeral home was very tranquil and extremely pretty. The staff were absolutely amazing and we were very impressed with their care and professionalism. Plenty of parking and a room for wakes. Thank you Gardian Funerals Blacktown 🙏

During the most difficult time in our lives, Kalissa from Guardian Funerals Blacktown was simply amazing. Her professionalism together with her exemplary empathy and care in assisting us with all our needs for our dad's viewing, funeral and burial was 5 stars and beyond! She always kept us up to date every step of the way even until after dad's burial. THANK YOU Kalissa and to your colleagues who helped us give dad an amazing send off!
