Joanne from Valletta Funerals was an incredible support to our family during the most difficult time of our lives, saying goodbye to our Dad. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care shone through in everything she did. She guided us with patience, offered comfort and handled every detail with such professionalism and grace. It truly felt as though she became part of our family throughout the process. We are deeply grateful for all she did for Dad and for us. Highly recommended.

My father in law had a very traumatic passing that was very difficult to comprehend. I have always been a bit anxious about funeral directors as when we buried my beautiful mum it all felt a bit cold. I decided to google and found Valletta and I thought they would be perfect as my father in law was Maltese. I called on that Sunday morning a bit nervous, spoke to Joanne and I knew he would be in the best care. Joanne not only looked after my father in law but made sure we were looked after too. Her kindness and affection I will cherish. Joanne kept me updated with ongoing details and supported us throughout the whole process from start to finish. Her attention to detail flowers, singer and the way she took control of the service we were all blown away at how beautiful the ceremony was. Joanne personally guided my children throughout the ceremony to make sure Nannu's day would be perfect as they were very nervous. Joanne I just want to say thank you for being the kind, caring woman you are. We felt very blessed we found you! To the caring staff you have we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

Thank you Joanne & the team at Valletta Funerals for everything you did for us during the recent passing of my husband & our dad, Paul. Valletta funerals organised my dads funeral on the 28th of may with dignity and respect to the deceased. Her caring and understanding for all the family members was amazing, nothing was too hard for Joanne and we would highly recommend her services. Paul Borg

My family and I recently engaged the services of Joanne and Valletta Funerals. From the moment we met with Joanne it was like she was a member of our family. She was an absolute gem to deal with and helped arranged a beautiful send off for my late father. There was not one fault and her support and guidance during such a difficult time was second to none. Joanne is an excellent and highly professional Funeral Director. She is caring and understanding. She made herself available outside of hours to answer questions or concerns that we had and stepped in to help us and provide advice when it was needed.
