I was very impressed with Amanda as an individual and the experience she deployed in co-ordinating my Dad’s funeral. Her preparation was flawless & she guided us through decisions we had no idea we’d have to make. She always put forward options allowing us to plan a celebration tailored to Dad & our family. Amanda has obviously worked with many grieving families, I’m sure she’s seen it all. Arranging a funeral immediately after Dad’s passing was stressful for our family and some tension developed. Amanda’s experience shined through and she was able to diffuse the tension and get us all heading in the right direction. I’m very grateful to Amanda for this and can’t recommend her highly enough. On a practical level, Amanda’s services were very well priced. I checked against other well-known providers including an online provider who claims to be the most cost effective.

Amanda and Tolofi made the process easy and seamless from start to finish, handled all the paperwork and legalities for us. They were easy to communicate with (at all hours of the day), took the time to go through all the processes, were upfront about costs (even breaking it down to each line item) and above all else - compassionate.
