This Company does NOT show respect for the very people that keep it in business. My time is NOT valuable to them as suggested by the recorded message. If this time of the year is "Very Busy" hire temp's., pay overtime, have extended hrs. Do what it takes to show my time is valuable to you. Impossable to cancel on line. Chat told me it's too busy and disconnected the chat. Waited 40 min. for a call back only to wait another 15 minutes for a human to answer. The employee that helped me was kind, knowledgeable and quick.

This is so rude to hung up on the customer face. the lady name Alisha, she is so rude and being irritated cause I want my referral request approved so that I can get checkups asap but she was scoffing on my face. If you guys can’t be polite or help don’t work in there. It a worst customer service. That girl told me I’m calling so many times, yes why wouldn’t I if you not gonna be any help don’t be there.

Predatory, dishonest, and morally bankrupt Icare is not an insurer; rather, it operates as a claims-denial machine disguised as insurers for some government agency. They routinely withhold medical reports for months, hiding them behind their "technical team" while injured workers are left in limbo. When the reports finally emerge, they have been conveniently tailored to support the denial of liability. They work hand-in-glove with hand-picked doctors who will fabricate any diagnosis to protect icare's bottom line. A fit individual with a clear workplace knee injury is suddenly diagnosed with "pre‑existing osteoarthritis" that was never documented. A fall at work resulted in a fracture, which will be suddenly blamed on "osteoporosis" rather than the actual accident. These doctors are not independent; they are hired guns producing whatever narrative icare needs to dodge responsibility. They delay, obfuscate, and hope you give up. Look up if they have already been found guilty of unreasonable conduct (you might find the answer). Whistleblowers have exposed their systemic failures. There is a reason they have been described as a "complete basketcase" and "rotten to the core." Do not tr

Oh my lord!. I thought I would read reviews of the company as I am very frustrated and very unhappy with Icare . It seems almost everyone is dissatisfied . For anyone in their profession , maybe advise where everyone can report their practices .it got me thinking , how much time and effort people are wasting including me (hours on hold , being transferred etc , no reply emails ) , due to their misconduct.

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with icare NSW. Trying to cancel a workers compensation policy was far harder than it should be. Despite making attempts to contact them, getting through to someone is incredibly difficult. Calls go unanswered, emails seem to disappear into a void, and there’s no clear or responsive process to actually finalise a cancellation. On the rare occasion I did manage to speak to someone, the interaction was unhelpful and, at times, quite rude. There was no sense of ownership or willingness to resolve the issue β€” just being passed around or left without clear answers. What’s most concerning is that after attempting to cancel, I’m now being chased for payments as if the policy was still active. It feels like the system is set up in a way that makes it easy for them to continue charging, but very difficult for customers to exit. Overall, a deeply disappointing experience. Basic communication and customer service should not be this hard.
