Put in a claim for my Mum on Tuesday before Easter break. Received an email the Tuesday after Easter confirming receipt of info. Money was in bank account that Friday. Too bad if I was relying on that money for funeral costs because it didn't come in on time. Didn't receive any flowers like other reviewers did. Otherwise they were fine to deal with.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Dad passed away knowing he had life insurance, when we went to put all required documents in, they said it was just for ‘accidental’ death. Dad had been paying premiums for around 11 years. What a joke they are. Absolutely disappointing.

This insurance company is completely unprofessional and dishonest. They keep asking for documents in a never-ending cycle. Every time we submit the exact documents they request, they confirm they have received them. Then after 7–10 days, they say the documents are wrong and demand new ones again. This is repeated harassment. I have been paying $71 every month for 10 years for income protection insurance. When I needed to claim due to injury, they failed to support me. My claim has been stuck since August 2025, and even now at the end of January there is no outcome at all. My case manager, Torry, is almost never available. We call repeatedly, leave messages, and follow up constantly. Calls are ignored. If we are extremely lucky, we speak to her once every 10–15 days. This level of service is unacceptable. This process has caused serious stress, financial hardship, and emotional damage. It is clear this company delays claims on purpose to avoid paying. I strongly warn everyone: do not take insurance with this company. Save yourself from harassment, stress, and losing your money to a company that does not honor its promises.

When my mother passed away suddenly our whole world changed forever. My mother’s funeral claim was paid within 24 hours of me contacting insurance line. Claim form was completed over the phone in ten minutes by an outstanding claims team member. Additionally to the outstanding claims service and support, our family received flowers at our home address the following day from insuranceline. Only If all insurance companies provided this services to their customers the world would be a much better place. Insuranceline provided much needed financial support in our darkest days.
