Do not buy their bread from Umall. It was advertised as fresh, but what I received was hard as a rock. They refused to take responsibility and blamed the issue on logistics. Sure, you can attribute any quality issue to logistics, but at some point, you need to take ownership and address the problem rather than passing the blame.

Honestly - the BEST every day bakery you can find in Chatswood, by far! My favorate is fresh cream roll - it’s always fresh, soft and not too sweet - I started buying this every couple of weeks since 2010 (from their castle hill store) and it’s still as tasty and fairly priced. Wide range of selection, (some aren’t very good like some super sweet chocolate buns) but for cream rolls lovers- it’s heaven! The receptionists are friendly too! I highly recommend!

Bread and cakes taste delicious. However staff are never welcoming. Always talking amongst themselves. Prices are somewhat cheaper. They had a sign outside for 4 buns for $14, 6 buns for $19 Happy Hours (no times indicated). So at 11:30am, I decided to purchase some as its been a while. I bought 6 buns (thought $19) and a cake roll for $9.80 totalling $28.80. I was charged $31.40. The girl said no the offer does not apply. 'Happy hour is around 5pm 6pm but its different everyday'. What a scam. You should clearly state your Happy hours otherwise everyone assumes it is now. I am not returning to your store. Breadtop does Asian bread equally delicious, just slightly more expensive. Staff there are so much nicer, store is cleaner.

Mr Yu loves their variety of soft cakes. My favorite is red bean sticky rice pumpkin seeds bun. The tuna sandwich was good too. Best choice for breakfast!

Bought almost $40 worth of different bread. None of them taste good. Anything that is supposed to have fillings only has filling on the top/surface. Nothing inside. Disgusting. I’m throwing the rest to the bin. Will never return and won’t recommend. Pic shows - filling on the top. 1 bite through, there is barely anything inside.
