Michael is incredibly skilled at what he does. He listened carefully to the style what I wanted and delivered exactly. His attention to detail was outstanding—I felt that every single hair was carefully cut and trimmed. I'm extremely happy with the result and would highly recommend him. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

I have now found my regular salon!! Michael and his team were absolutely amazing throughout the entire day. For the first time in a very long time I walked out of my appointment loving the results. Will 100% be going back!!

Had such a lovely experience with Michael today! He was so personable and funny, and made the whole appointment feel really relaxed and comfortable. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in what he does — he took his time, paid attention to detail, and did an amazing job with my hair. It’s also so nice supporting a family-owned business where you can really feel the care and personal touch. So happy with the result and would definitely recommend.

I have been going to Michael's Hair and Beauty for over 7 years and have never been unhappy with the end result. I have long and very thick hair and Michael and his team have always done an amazing job. Service is always amazing and regularly leave feeling like a new person. Would highly recommend.

I had often noticed this store and wanted to support a local business, so I chose this salon before a wedding. Unfortunately, it was the worst decision I’ve made. I made an appointment for a hair wash and haircut, and Michael, who is the owner, served me. During the hair wash: 1.He didn’t ask about the water temperature, and it was far too hot for my scalp. 2.It felt like shampoo was applied several times without actually washing my hair properly. 3.The wash chair was extremely uncomfortable and hurt my neck throughout the entire process. 4.When drying my hair with a towel, he pulled my hair so hard that my scalp hurt. At this point, I deeply regret not walking out. For the haircut, I didn’t request anything complicated—just a simple straight cut at the ends: 1.He pushed my head several times without asking, which felt very disrespectful. 2.He pulled out of my hair at some point 3.He used the hairbrush very roughly; at one point, he brushed directly over my ear, which was painful. 4.He stopped cutting my hair midway and began chatting with another customer for no apparent reason. After all this, I hoped the haircut would at least be done properly, but unfortunately, that wasn’
