Tori is absolutely amazing, I was feeling very depressed about my hair after cancer treatment . Tori not only had a vast knowledge of how to make a plan to repair my hair but her empathy and kindness was beyond words. My hair looks so much healthier after 1 visit. It is so hard to find an amazing hair salon these days but Vanilla Hair of Essence is definitely one of them.

If you are looking for a salon that delivers perfection, look no further! This place is absolutely amazing, and the staff is incredibly professional. They gave me the most beautiful haircut. What sets them apart is their transparency- they walk you through the entire process step-by-step, taking your lifestyle, hair length, and preferences into consideration first. I’ve been a regular customer for years because not only is their work flawless, but they are also wonderful human beings. Their kind nature and the way they ask about my family shows how much they care about building real relationships with clients. They are true perfectionists who take their time to make sure you walk out looking your best. Highly, highly appreciate the complimentary hydration treatment they treated me with - it was exactly what my hair needed! 100% satisfied. They truly deserve an award for their talent and dedication! Absolutely the best experience — I’m honestly speechless. I’ve been to so many different salons over the years and spent thousands of dollars, but I’ve never been completely satisfied with my hair until coming to Sydney and finding this beautiful boutique. Tori is incredibly talented and has clearly learnt from the very best, Sonya. I am beyond thrilled with my hair and couldn’t be happier with the result. Can’t say enough about how lovely and helpful Sonia is. Even though I wasn’t able to come to her salon, she cheerfully spent time on the phone offering me really helpful information and even suggested the perfect salon near me for my specific needs. I’ve been living overseas for many years, and it’s so lovely to experience this Aussie friendliness and willingness to help a stranger as though we’re already friends. She clearly really knew her stuff too and cared about maintaining good standards regarding the outcome of the work she does. I would definitely go to her salon if I could. Thank you so much! :)

I honestly can’t put into words how grateful I am for this salon. They have been such a meaningful part of my wedding hair journey, not just doing my hair, but truly caring about me every step of the way.
