After searching for a curly hair specialist for a long time, I’m so glad I found Helene. From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional and genuinely invested in understanding my hair. She asked me to send photos before my appointment so she could assess my curls, explain the pricing, and recommend the best treatment based on my hair’s porosity. During the appointment, she took the time to understand my routine, answered all my questions, shared valuable tips on managing frizz and styling curls, and recommended products that suited my hair without any pressure to buy. Her knowledge of curly hair is exceptional, and the advice she gave has honestly worked like magic for me. I was especially nervous about going from medium-length hair to a bob shag, but Helene and ger lovely staff made the whole experience so comfortable. She communicated every step, checked that I was happy throughout the process, and made sure I felt confident before making any changes. The final result exceeded my expectations…I absolutely love my haircut, and my curls have never looked better. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands curly hair, I can’t recommend Helene enough!

Absolutely amazing service! I had my hair coloured, treated, and cut, and I am so happy with the results. My hair looks and feels so much healthier, and the colour turned out beautifully. My hairdresser was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the appointment. Highly recommend – I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had such an amazing experience with Helena— hands down the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, the workplace felt incredibly welcoming and comfortable, which made the whole experience even better. Helena is truly exceptional at what she does. Not only is she highly skilled physically —delivering flawless results, but she’s also fantastic verbally. She listens carefully, communicates clearly, and makes you feel completely at ease and confident in her hands. Everything about the appointment was perfect. I left feeling so happy with my hair and the overall experience. 10/10 — would definitely recommend Helena to anyone looking for a talented and genuinely amazing hairdresser.

I am beyond happy with my hair cut ☺️❤️ I’m super cautious when it comes to getting my hair done but I walked away feeling heard & so happy with my hair. Helene really listened and nailed the face framing layers to suit my face shape and long layers up the back. The way my hair is drying now after she cut my waves/curls is so full & bouncy. The way it was styled was also beyond amazing, I’ve never seen my curls like that. If you’re a super cautious guy/girly attached to your long hair and want minimal cut but maximal impact then I can strongly suggest Helene & her team x

I’ve had my hair chemically straightened here a couple of times before and always love the results. I also wanted a sort of angled bob and as my hair is very thick I wanted it thinned out on the ends and shaped. So You’d think that just any hairdresser could do this…but no, I’ve been to many salons and I haven’t been able to find anyone who can actually cut, shape and properly style hair until finding Helaine. She knew exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job and I love my new cut and style. The whole team are lovely attentive and welcoming and it was a wonderful visit. I highly recommend Helaine and her team, definitely worth it 👍🙂
