I’m extremely satisfied with this haircut experience and would especially like to commend Michael. His understanding of layering and structure is excellent—the transitions are smooth and natural, creating a look that feels light, dynamic, and well-balanced, while still maintaining clean shape and definition. What I appreciate most is that he tailored the cut based on my hair texture and head shape, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. The result not only looks great immediately after the cut, but also feels easy to maintain on a daily basis. His service was professional and attentive throughout. I will definitely be coming back to him again.

I had such an amazing experience at this salon today! Patrick did an incredible job with my haircut, he really took his time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure to check in with me throughout the process. I truly appreciated how he listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable and involved the whole time. I’m beyond happy with the result and will definitely be coming back. This is officially my new go to hair salon now 🩷

What I love most about this salon is its incredible attention to detail. They never rush through a haircut and the head massages are gentle and relaxing. They always take their time to make sure everything is perfect. I’d much rather visit a place that truly cares about its craft than one that only cares about getting customers in and out as quickly as possible. This salon always delivers a thoughtful, high-quality experience and I’ve been recommending it to my family and friends!! 🥰 At my most recent appointment, I told Ivan to choose whatever style he thought would suit my face best, and he absolutely did not disappoint!!

So after a phone consultation with Irene, I went in to show her my hair and explain the different treatments that I have had done to my hair- which thankfully was free. From the moment I had the consultation, I knew that I was in good hands. She was super knowledgeable and able to be concise with definite answers which helped reassure me after looking at different salons here. The way that Patrick was precise with my hair cut gave me peace of mind, and Irene coloured my hair exactly how I wanted. The hair wash was the best I have ever had in my life with an amazing massage. The team were amazing and were able to revive my hair and get it to a better state than before. I love my hair and got an even better experience than I could have hoped for. I have recommended them to everyone in my workplace and loved ones- you won’t regret coming here. I’m looking forward to my next appointment! For context my hair is long, thick and has keratin in it, and I had used box dye in my hair resulting in it being around 4 different shades of brown and black. Now, I have a uniform hair colour and a butterfly haircut.

I’ve been to 7 salons in Sydney, and none of them came close to the service I got from Patrick at Salon D’Art. The staff were super friendly, and the shampoo and head massage were so relaxing. Patrick really listened to my concerns and gave me honest advice about what haircut would work best with my hair texture. My only request was that I wanted my hair to look thicker—and he delivered! He took his time and made sure I was 100% happy before I left. I think I’ve finally found my go-to salon. 5 stars from one very happy client. Highly recommend!
