I saw Hayden after receiving my MRI results for a knee injury. He took the time to go through the findings in detail, explain what they meant, and answer all of my questions. I appreciated how thorough and clear he was throughout the appointment. Before seeing him, I was unsure about the injury and what recovery would look like. By the end of the session, I had a much better understanding of my situation and felt more confident about the next steps. Hayden was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to.

What a beautiful clinic, The physios here are absolute professionals treating a variety of injuries. I have been treated by Chelsea, Paolo and Hayden. I can say without doubt all three are great at what they do. The latest episode I got some dry needling and mobilisations which was very effective in helping me with my neck spasm. They also practice with their hands doing manual therapy techniques which is getting rare in Sydney, Australia. The education, support and treatment I have experienced here is WHY I would keep coming back.

My partner made an appointment with Paolo due to increasing shoulder pain whilst we were travelling through Australia. Paolo was extremely professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. He took the time to truly understand the issue and offered sound advice and guidance, checking that she understood follow up exercise and what to do. The treatment he gave on the day made a real difference and significantly reduced the pain and discomfort she’d been experiencing. Highly recommend!

Hayden is an excellent physio. I saw him over several months for an ankle injury, and he was incredibly thorough, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, tailored my rehab plan to my goals, and helped me make steady progress each week. I always felt listened to and never rushed. Thanks to Hayden, my ankle is feeling so much stronger and I’m back to doing the things I love. Highly recommend!

I had my first consultation with Chelsea for Achilles tendinopathy and was really impressed with the whole experience. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable from the start. We went ahead with shockwave therapy, and I noticed immediate results without needing a cool down period. Chelsea also strapped my ankles and calves, which gave me extra support, and even offered for me to come back a few days later so she could restrap me before an upcoming netball game. On top of that, she’s given me a tailored plan with daily exercises to help strengthen and recover properly. Her approach is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive — I feel confident about my recovery plan moving forward.
