Pleasantly surprised they opened one in hurstville and was not let down by the quality of the pearls which has always been my favourite reason to go Xin Fu Tang. I was glad that their soft serve machine was working and surprisingly the pearls aren’t ruined by the coldness of the soft serve and you still get the fresh chewiness. The soft serve isn’t what to expect, as it’s not like your usual ‘Maccas’ soft serve but it’s slightly more frozen in texture and slight sourness but tastes pretty good. I’m glad to have tried the soft serve but I’d probably settle for just the drink in the future.

Quality was okay but my god two staffs climbed over the counter to get out of the booth while customers (and of course everyone else in Westfield) witnessed it. Their butts literally wiped over the counter. Not one. Two. It triggered my question about hygiene policy here. Probably first and also the last time I purchase from this store. Management needs to step in and train your staffs basic hygiene requirements.

Had no issues with my drink, the signature brown sugar drink was good- esp the pearls. Can see how the packaging is not great for long distance travelling but this was not an issue for me

Long wait, poor packaging, milk was expired and lumpy. Firstly the person at the counter warned us it would be a long wait, we didn't mind, thinking we'd be getting a good drink - this was wrong. The girl packaged our drinks so poorly that the cup lids (which are poor quality to begin with) fell off all 3 of the drinks, meaning the take-away-bag the drinks were in had more drink inside than the cup itself. Then when we finally took the drinks home to try, we saw these white lumps in them. The drinks tasted horrible and sour , turns out the milk they used was expired. (Both soy and milk) highly disappointed and will definitely not be coming back or recommending to snyone. Will be highly recommending people to stay away. Waste of money and time.

Ordered on EASI and had to wait half an hour for 3 drinks. The taste doesn’t match the look, sugar was burnt at the top and had a funny gas flavour as did the pearls. The drink was thick and creamy but too rich, it felt as though I was drinking thick cream.
