I had the pleasure of being served by Sarah at the QVB Australia Post, and I can't speak highly enough of the service she provided. She went above and beyond to assist me—far more than any other Australia Post team member I've dealt with. I'm a regular customer at this location, sending multiple parcels each week, and I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. However, Sarah's assistance was exceptional. She took the time to help me set up MyPost Business, something I'd previously attempted several times without success. I only wish I'd met Sarah sooner! She is a true asset to Australia Post, and her dedication, patience, and outstanding customer service deserve to be recognised. Thank you again, Sarah - made my day!

THE WORST! ***A BIG BULKY GUY IN THE DESK ISN'T HELPFUL AND RUDE*** One friendly tall guy at the desk was easily handled me suddenly this big guy played bossy jumped in and refused my verification process. Go get your retirement plan man you don't belong there any longer.

The name on the payment card is my full name, and my nickname is for easy calling, as well as the English name everyone needs in Australia. Although the delivery person clearly wrote (Kim Kim), when I went to pick up the package, the elderly person in charge made things difficult. They insisted I provide my ID even though I had a notification from Aupost and the Aupost app. They claimed it didn't match the name on the payment, because the store person had written "Kim Kim" on the outside of the box. It's commendable that older workers can work until they no longer want to, but we have to accept that older people are indeed slower, less flexible, and less productive. Being careful is right, but saying that someone sent me a notification and I came to pick it up is the most "stupid" thing to do. So why do they have the tracking number on the app? They have the order ID, and the data on the app matches the postal server's app there. All thing right with my infor. These stupid and unprofessional questions are a waste of time and frustrating.

Went in to pick up my parcel and was served by a nice friendly lady in hijab. Everything was so prompt, quick, and pleasant and we even had a laugh about the silly e-signature pad thingy. Honestly?? Made my day! ✨ Office was nicely quiet and clean too as per usual. I had a not-so-nice experience here long ago before and that made me a little apprehensive to have anything to do with this branch since. But my visit yesterday was nothing short of pleasant and efficient through and through so I’m glad it changed my mind :)

The lady with the headscarf has got to be the worst person to employ in a customer facing role. She is arrogant, dismissive and rude and portrays no qualities as one should when wearing a headscarf. It’s disgraceful that Australia post allows such inadequate customer service at their branch.
